What's Outside My Window....

....for the blip community challenge of a photo seen through my window--in this case, the window in our living room. A beautiful sunny day today, as you can see! 
Our washing machine of about 20 years has decided to give up the ghost, so to speak! But rather than buy a new one, my handy husband has taken the entire thing apart, found the faulty area, and ordered a new part for it. I'm all for buying a new one, but "Mr. Handy" says why spend $700-$1000 for a new one when a replacement part is less than $100..........good point!  Just can't wash any clothes until the new part comes! :))
