Mist rising

What a stunning morning, harbinger of a beautiful day ahead. I just had to stop and take it all in. I scared off a few geese, and you can just see them taking flight above the water.

Pleased to be back at the gym, although my coughing is hampering too much effort. So a trip to the outdoor pool for some leisurely lengths, punctuated by bouts of coughing. But I'm feeling a million times better.

I didn't get home from work until almost 8pm, so it's been a very long day to start the week. A wee treat of an M&S snowball after dinner has ticked the boxes though :-)
