After a  shoulder Replacement in Jan this year followed by an emergency total hip replacement (which should have been a total knee replacement Still with me? Pay Attention..Don't let anyone ever tell you that having clips out is painless. IT IS!!!!!.sSixty odd clips and a two foot  long scar.How did I miss that?
