Roll out the carpet, Batman and Robin have arrived! 

Apparently, we 'might' have Bats.  In order to progress with our designs, we must submit with our plans a Dusk and Dawn Bat survey and the results.  Our 1st initial survey was inconclusive, so this guy and his mate better get it right this time. 

Poor photo....but I'm in my jimmyjams now after a odd day at the office in Wales and I really can not be bothered to go ask for a pic.
