A family favorite

The Poet's Narcissus was my grandmother Nora's favorite. They always bloom near her birthday which was yesterday, May 7th. She would have been 124. Gramma lived to be 96 and is missed every day. Soon, she will have a little namesake we hope. My niece is entering week 42 with no sign that her baby has any interest in entering the world. Another check is scheduled for tomorrow and then perhaps a little induction help. Sarah is very uncomfortable.

This day came in cold and raw, more like early April than May.
