Catching up

:)

Great first day of placement :) woke up far earlier than I needed to considering that first day is a later start, however it did make for a very relaxing start to the day which is always good.

Well my educator is lovely and seems clued in to the fact that although i'm in fourth year it is quite specialist setting that I have very little experience in. It's going to be a challenge in terms of knowledge and skills but I think I'm going to enjoy it.

Ventured in to the library briefly, however I'm waiting for my computer access to be set-up so I headed in to the centre and cafe Nero for wifi instead :)

Now at eating a tasty chicken risotto and about to work on my reflective diary-a habit I must get in to!

Finally met the other students (phew! Students, not doctors) living in my flat so that's a bonus too.
