Emilie at her volleyball game. The extra is her after she hit the ball. She laughed it off. 
When we got home, We played baseball so Layla could practice pitching. Then the were doing gymnastics. Emilie did something and hurt her foot pretty bad. ( Not laughing this one off )Just like Layla did a few weeks back. I iced it and then went and bought crutches and a wrap. I am hoping she didn't break something. I brought the kids home. I assume if it still hurts as bad tomorrow she will get x-rays.
