Traffic Jam.

Stuck in this traffic jam this morning for 30 minutes.
Road up so temp traffic lights.
The retard that was operating the lights looked like Benny Hill with his hat on but NOT funny.
Just for good measure the bin lorry decided to turn up to collect the bins adding to more confusion and delays, madness.
