Down On The Farm

Bags (formally known as daughter) was going out for lunch with a friend and taking LML with her.

So we had the Cygnet for most of the day.
He likes having time where he is the centre of attention ..... and who doesn't.

As soon as we arrived and told him we were taking him to the farm he was off to get his shoes and coat and happy as a pig in sh*t.
In fact he was really taken with the very large pig in sh*t today and insisted in revisiting it 3 times.



While he was looking at the pig I was looking at the weird eyes that the goat has - I have never noticed them before.

We had a great time ...... playing on the tractors, digging for bones, playing hoop-la, jumping on the trampolines and such. Racing air bubbles in the different oils holds a particular facination for the Cygnet and he could spent hours playing there.

Playing in the tunnel was good fun too.

Back home and a pile of grapes before a good hour and a half sleep - then lunch (which was all scoffed before a demand for banana and strawberries) before a great time playing with toy trains, colouring (he holds the crayons properly too which is amazing considering his age and the fact that he worked it out himself) and doing jigsaws.

After that SWMBO and I headed off for coffee with a friend where we found that her daughter is joining the Specials prior to joining the 'real' Police (hopefully).
