Hunter of Hidden Hackney

A little of Australian history in this secluded graveyard in Hackney, North London.  Captain John Hunter sailed with the First Fleet in 1788, became the second governor of New South Wales, gave his name to the Hunter Valley and is buried here.  You might need to go large to read the details in the insert. Awesome to think of what he did in his life.
