Parsley and Plume

I had a short walk down to the river after I arrived home this evening. This tiny feather was caught on some cow parsley and looking very pretty and soft.
There were THOUSANDS of small flies swarming above the river this evening. I climbed down the bank to take a better look and had a job to get back up when I came to leave. No phone either. I scrobbled up after clutching something to my left - it was a nettle. Ouch.
