The destruction of Nether Liberton

The last two 19th century cottages (all that was left of the hamlet of Nether Liberton) that have been sitting and crumbling on Good's Corner for many years, have been turned into piles of rubble.

It's always a bit sad when stone cottages get demolished, as they won't be replaced, they made way for more student flats.

Progress, I suppose, only who will live in all these really expensive and tiny student flats now that foreign students are reluctant to come to UK before the whole Brexit mess is behind us?
