Unwinding

Today I finally got the go-ahead to properly submit my ethics approval form - done! Then spent the rest of the day mostly reading papers for my literature review (in the sunshine).

Still aching from last nights clubbercise so just a gentle walk around the woods this evening where I spotted these gorgeous ferns unfurling in the dappled sunshine reaching the forest floor.
