Russet hues

It's not autumn yet, even in Aberdeen, but I liked the way that the russet colouring in places gives a varied feel to this shot of the River Dee.

I tried quite a few different angles and lenses before settling for this image and found it very difficult to get a good combination of exposure, composition and depth of field.
