Homeward Bound

There was a report published recently by the University of Glasgow that cycling to and from work reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease by 50%.

I'm not sure if it also mentioned that it can also be a joy.

More than half my 7 mile route is along a canal. And it gives me plenty of opportunities to capture photos for my blip entry.
