Family management

Pair of Canada geese looking after their brood a the side of the local lake. This is an extremely large group and rather than control them in the lake they have found a wet patch created by a dripping tap and gathered the family there.
Just after this shot my viewfinder was filled with a close up image of a hissing goose as the mother objected to my getting too close.
