Back to 98

A final day out at the old house, clearing out the remaining rubbish, with the help of a disaffected youth. I put him to work washing the car - let's just say it's good he doesn't need to wash cars for a living. The garden is looking good for the arrival of the photographer tomorrow, though I don't think the folks ever allowed that many horsetails alongside the greenhouse.
Fine and sunny, and after two trips to the recycling, it was home to survey the latest arrivals. It seems that Homebase has been selling plants at half price - clearly too good an offer to miss. Off I go up the slope with my trowel. You can't have too many trailing geraniums. Well, so I'm telt.
