Rosemary and Red Grape Foccacia
It's always exciting to me to try something new. I spotted the recipe for this in a magazine, liked the idea of combining these flavours and decided to give it a go. Couldn't have been easier, as you don't have to knead the dough but just mix flour, water, yeast and olive oil, then leave in the fridge overnight for it to prove. Roasting the grapes in the oven for 20 mins or so makes them beautifully jammy and sticky. Total success - will definitely be doing this again!
