Lemeneagh Castle

My cousin and I went for a cycle to day, even though we both moaned a bit when we moved after yesterdays walk, today we hit the south west of the Burren amazing place, I did take a few photo all duds but the most interesting was this one of Lemeneagh Castle an O'Brien castle, the place where in the 1600's Maure Rua who was know as a female bluebeard marrying 25 husband. She use to hang her servants from the castle walls, she was entombed alive in a hollow tree. The tower house was built around 1480
