Never too young ....

..... to start practising for the expedition part of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
You have to be 14 to start the Bronze level so these two youngsters have plenty of time to sharpen their outdoor skills. I don't think carrying a rucksack will present too much of a problem as they are already loaded up. These two little'uns belong to the outdoor nursery in Pollok Park.

After enjoying our walk in Pollok I took L home and then went for lunch with my friend Helpet57 (a lovely birthday treat). On my home I had a brief visit to Maxwell Park to check on the ducklings. Not easy to photograph as they scuttle about on the water like wee jet propelled missiles.
