Cocktails

Today, I learned that it is nigh on impossible to explain what a cocktail is to an Omani. To get round situations like this, I grab the nearest Arabic-English dictionary and copy the translation.

The purpose of this lesson was to provide vocabulary for use as a bartender. I basically told them the names, ingredients and verbs needed to describe cocktails, obviously staying away from such classics like 'Sex on the beach'.
