New kid on the block

Great excitement in our wee spa town of Bridge of Allan.
 
A Turkish barber is to move into one of our empty shops, replacing the recently closed upmarket dress shop.
 
Now I have done a straw poll and nobody knows what a Turkish barber is. I have googled it and it suggests a traditional shave, haircut and massage.
 
Does this mean our menfolk are going to be massaged? If so what part of their anatomy?
