Gorse, in the Craigieholm area of the Black Isle. A wild fire was raging a few hundred yards behind me, whilst I was taking this.

Extra - A conifer explodes into flame, as a wild fire moves through the Craigieholm area of the Black Isle. A few seconds later and it was just smoke visible over the tree tops. It has been very dry the past few weeks, with only a few light showers. The Fire Brigade were in attendance.
This photo was temporarily used as the main photo, until the film was finished, processed, scanned and edited. The generous comments, stars, and favourite, were all for the extra... at the time of swapping things about (June 11th).
