Geese Flight Path

The caravan park we stayed on this weekend is right on the flight path for a few hundred Canadian Geese. They spend the day on a little lake on a nature reserve and then fly in small groups (in their fabulous V shape) up to the field behind the camp site. The farmer has recently harvested the field and we think the geese are eating the left over corn or wheat.

I took loads of photos of them flying up in groups and overhead and landing in the field and finally decided on this one of lots of little groups. The noise was amazing as they flew over in the evening and back again in the morning.
