Once A farm

This morning i was out in the garden early to trim our hedge before the rain comes.then we took the bags to the recycling centre.then we popped into Sainsbury's which is near by to get a few bags of Whitby Scampi that is on offer.after lunch the sun came out so i decided to go for a walk  from Highbarrow along the coast path then down into the village .the farm house is at the back and the lower building on the left was a dairy .when i was young my mum would buy delicious clotted cream there.in those days the locals took their own glass jars to have filled and Mrs Searl was rather generous i remember.Holiday accommodation has been built on the once farm yard over the years.
