Dockeys Wood
As it was quite sunny first thing, I packed the bag and headed off for this well known wood - part of the National Trust at Ashridge. The bluebells are wonderful this year and I think that is largely due to the recent management of the woods which has closed off many of the footpaths to prevent the flowers getting trampled. There is still plenty of room to move about and see the woods. The light held for long enough and, once it faded to a cloudy grey, I packed up and headed for home. This will probably be the last bluebell pic as they are just about at the end of their season.
Now preparing for and heading off to Ealing for another set of prints to judge. I had good feedback from last night so let's hope for the same tonight.
