Burn

We planned a trip back up the Keys to Bahia Honda State Park. Idyllic.
White sand (ignoring the seagrass), shallow water that went out forever, turquoise ocean. 
And pelicans! They dived within feet of where we floated in the water, fish darting here there and everywhere. 
However, K is pale skinned and I am pale skinned so despite the sunscreen we both burnt ourselves rather badly - oops. Aloe Vera is our friend.
K is a tanned Goth - she is not impressed. 

Because we enjoyed brunch at Blue Heaven so much we returned for dinner again. Enormous Key Lime pie for dessert. Lovely. We managed to catch the sunset before medicating the burn with mojitos at Sloppy Joe's. Yum.
