CORMORANTS DO IT ALL THE TIME

You can tell by his body that he is not a Cormorant, and he is almost as big as an Eagle, but you can tell by his head that he is a Vulture.  I have seen them do this, but not very often.  I didn't do this, but I sure enjoyed three days of sunshine.
