Soon be time to get my beach body out of mothballs

As we are going to visit Matthew in the South of France towards the end of the month. Looking forward to it.

Got a call from the hospital today - got to go back for more blood samples.  That's a bit of a bugger but luckily the hospital is not far from the office so I can nip out for an hour at lunch time and won't need to take time off next week. 

Japanese restaurant was a big success last night. Only  a small place but they had a good atmosphere, the service was very friendly, the food was great and it didn't matter that the service was a bit slow - good things take time.
