Afternoon Fun

My street was partially blocked off to cars this afternoon while a whole crew of fire trucks and police cars were involved in doing something at the end of the street. Nothing was on fire, so I'm not sure what was going on. I drove around a barricade to get home, and an hour or so later this truck was still at the end of the street.
