Small Copper

My first blip for a while, unfortunately the last two weeks have been quite awful as I've been away dealing with my mother's illness. I had to leave the spaniel at home so he's been completely down in the dumps too. So we spent most of today walking on the South Downs. I had a very long, hot and futile search for the burnt tip orchid but, by way of compensation, there were quite a lot of small copper butterflies around.
