Little Helper...

WFH yet again today and walked L to school before going out for a walk with MrsT mid morning.

After lunch I managed a wee 6km run to test out my back as today is my first day off the painkillers.

After work I started painting the garden fence after some 'encouragement' from MrsT.

Re last nights ten pin bowling competition, we won the round and progress to the next one.
