It was 30 years ago today

It wasn't quite 30 years ago today (30 years plus 3 days..). 9th May 1987 and Meadowbank Thistle clinched their only national honour, the 2nd Division Championship. I wasn't at the game due to being on a school trip, alas. 
Meadowbank Thistle suffered the fate of being franchised into the unlovely Livingston FC and Meadowbank Stadium is due to be redeveloped this summer. All that's left is memories of a few of my pals and one slightly chipped mug...
