a seagull with his shadow - how silly is that!  He was having fun and that's all that really matters. 
The extra photo taken at the Lakefront shows a little of the debris left behind from yesterday's The fencing is still in place along much of the lakefront due to the paving being undermined when the lake overflowed from the earlier cyclones. It has taken weeks for the level to drop to the current level. Hopefully they can now get on to repairing  it very soon.
