Push the sky away

Walk into Rolle this morning and managed to book a week's holiday in Corfu for June, quite organised for us so much in advance.

I then went off to Morges to see my masseur who had his mentor with him who is more of an oesteopath - he is based in France and works with some top atheletes I think.. Very painful but definitely beneficial I think, and he suggested some stretches that should help my hamstring pains.
