Crassula or money plant

Normally a somewhat tender succulent plant. We have had one in our conservatory for many years, but during warm summer months it lives outside. I recently discovered a young plant growing out of the moss and lichen on a garden wall. As it is well rooted it must have been there since last summer  or before defying the winter weather and  whatever else nature throws at it.
