Unbelievable.

I've lost count of the number of times I've spoken to a council person about this shit business. Sometimes it's the same council person, sometimes it's lots of different council people. Always the same spiel. Shared back court. Dog owner lives at 1310. I live at 1314. Dog shits the path by my back door. Owner lets it sit there for two weeks.

So how, when the council finally summon the resources to sent a guy out with a camera to investigate - and not for the first time, not even for the second time - how is it possible that I can receive a phone call from the council to tell me that their guy 'unfortunately couldn't see any evidence of dog fouling'.

What the fuck is up with these people?
