Drying in the sun
Today we took a trip out to the coast and came across this salt farmer and his wife. They were so friendly and happy to show us how the process works. It would be easy to say the sun does all the work but when it's over 30 degrees by 8am and you have to trudge down to the sea and back with over 80kg on your shoulders it is clear to see that the sun does not do all the work. Exhausting, back-breaking work for the cents needed to scrape by in life.
