Behind The Scenes

Of tonight's dinner before it went in the oven.  Feta crusted salmon.  It was good if I do say so.  It was one of those meal plans where you get everything you need in a box and prepare according to their very specific directions.  

The only photo I took today, but I did take a long ride to buy some vegetable plants for the garden - tomatoes, eggplant, courgette, pepper and of course a few flowers.  So for at least the next couple of nights I will be bringing them in and out during the day because night temperatures are still too low.
