Speed Bag

This is currently my favourite bit of kit. For those of you who don't know (and gaining perspective from this shot is not so easy), the bag is only 30cm (1 foot approx) in length. Really helps with coordination and overall speed (rather than power). And you might be able to make out the ring in the background with its blue and red corners! - It'll be a fair while before I dare step into that :-) Worked left arm a lot today - feeling it now.
