Training

This morning was the first time in a while that I had had a run on two consecutive days. It went well and I have posted as an extra one of the photos taken on that run.

Later in the morning, Tsuken had a training session, in his garage. Chidokan karate. He worked hard while I watched (as did S), and I took a lot of photos. With his camera as well.
