went for the long walk around Averbode ( the 'Bos en Heide' trail - 9,3 km ) with the obligatory stops at the cafe Den Eik for an abbey beer 'Averbode' and the ice cream ( extra photo) in the lane ( the so-called 'Lekdreef) near the abbey.
