I'm watching you!!

I was listening to Sounds of the Seventies this afternoon and I looked out and there was this strange "rainbow" on the horizon.
Quickly upstairs to take some photos. But, when I loaded them up, the colours weren't too clear so I had to play about a bit on Snapseed
However, I'm a bit worried about that eye watching over me on the top left!!!
Could it be a sign of impending doom?
