Derelict Sunday.......Rust

A torrential downpour here which lasted about fifteen minutes an hour ago, but the sun has returned thank goodness and the garden is looking fresh and invigorated and is very grateful, thank you :)) This heavy chain is attached to a post on the kerb, in the high street.....I have no idea what it's purpose is as I have never seen it in use.......very handy for today's derelict blip though.  Thanks to FreeSpiral for hosting this month:)
