Lazy Sunday

Well kind of.
Still felt a little bit not quite right this morning, but I had a race booked so I dragged myself up and out and off to Cheam. I'm still carrying an ankle and a knee niggle and I have the Windermere marathon a week today so I did the sensible thing and called it a day at a half marathon today.
The run today took much more out of me than usual - I guess a sign that I'm still a bit under the weather.

Poppy had a lazy day as the picture shows. She is awfully cute though....
