Village walk

After breakfast and a bit more chatting we went for a walk around the village. Karen was rather taken with Bracken!

It was quiet in the village, a few cars passed us but not many people about. Nice that it wasn't raining at least.

While we were out, Mollie made a lasagne which we had for lunch with salad. Obviously we talked some more. My lovely friends went home at about 3pm with a 2 hour drive, but a trusty satnav to guide them. Jon and Henry got back at about 5. Their weekend definitely had not gone to plan.

Unfortunately my head has been bad all afternoon, and even after a bath I can't relieve it, so trusting its better tomorrow I will fill you in on Jon's weekend. Watching tv now, then bed after Granchester.
