Looking through the binoculars

This may look like looking through the binoculars but it the old zoom lens a bought for my lumix fz38 a long time ago. So had it out today to see if i could remember how to use it........the answer is nope forgot how to set up half the settings .....Have to send of my Nikon tomorrow for repair and hope its does not take to long .
