Juvenile Kingfisher...

One of our volunteers has this little fellow at home getting intensive care. It amazes me how these fellows have such different personalities.. I have noticed he same with a lot of our birds.. Some are really "laid back", some just plain stroppy. This one is the latter. My friend who has it at home is having so many problems feeding it. She tempts it with all sorts of things, absolute refusal.She walks away and it eats. At least it has started to eat. Think it had an argument with a cat. So far it seems OK>
