Champion!

Well, winner of Division 8 K2 at the Worcester Hasler Marathon. By my calculations it is the first time I have ever won anything sporty! Best previous efforts - 3rd place at the Lincoln Hasler in Division 9 last year - and before that, 3rd place in the 200m at primary school when I was 11. 
I doubt it will ever happen again - especially as I may have inadvertently got myself promoted up a division. I shall bask in the glory whilst it lasts.
(PS. the really good people do three times the distance in almost the same time, but it means a lot to me!)
