Waiting game

Today has been a waiting game. And still waiting. Up at dawn, to hear the news that Andy Murray had won his first (let's hope of many) grand slam titles.
Many showers today and lots of sunshine inbetween. The blackbird was being very photogenic, but I think this sums up the day better!

Yesterday was the first day in ages when I didn't take a single photo. Last week at school, the children were asked to come up with ideas for things you cannot take a photograph of. They came up with: air, your dreams, the future. Not bad eh? I came up with a smell. Hang on, that sounds like I produced a smell, no, my idea was... so maybe you can imagine that yesterday's photo was of one of these things.
